For Physical products, the items are usually dispatched between 2 to 4 days based on the order quantity. Delivery may take between 1 to 3 days after dispatch depending on the location.

For remote areas across India, it might take up to 7 days for delivery.
For physical products, replacement of items can be done only in case of damaged or missing products. To claim a replacement, an unboxing video will have to be submitted, without which no claims will be accepted.
For event tickets, in case of cancellation from our end, full refund will be done. In case of cancellation from participants, 50% refund will be provided if cancelled before 24 hours of the event. After that no refund will be provided.
Yes, we offer gift cards of fixed amounts, which can be redeemed within 3 months of purchase. Check out our gift card options on the specified page.

Gift cards can be redeemed for any product or event at the time of checkout. Gift cards can be used only once within the said period.
What is a Paint Party?
Paint-parties are painting workshops that are combined with refreshments, mostly scheduled on weekends to form a new type of social event. At a paint party, we provide all the materials required for painting and we teach you a particular art form from scratch. No problem, if you have never painted, we will take care of it.

We accept online payments through UPI, Bank Transfer, Google Pay, Paytm as well as card payments. Cash on delivery is not available as yet for physical products. Payments for event bookings can also be done online.

In case we cancel the workshop due to any reason, a full refund will be provided. In case the participant cancels their participation before 24 hours of the event time, a 50% refund will be provided and post that, a no-show will be considered and no refund will be given.
